Jewelers Mutual offers its Personal Jewelry Insurance program to provide loss, theft, and damage protection for individuals' jewellery. It even covers mysterious disappearance.

Repair and replacement work. Your customers return to you, their preferred jeweller, for repairs and replacements in the event of a claim. Unlike some insurance companies that have their own sources for repair and replacement, we direct your customers back to your store.

Encourages jewellerysales. Your customers also return to you for inspections and updates of the value of their jewellery. That's an opportunity for jewellery upgrades and additional sales.

No cost to the jeweller. This program costs you nothing. But your customers receive a feeling of security knowing that they have proper insurance coverage for their jewellery and that you will handle their jewellery repairs and replacements.

We'll handle the insurance issues. As a jeweller, your role is to make information about the program available to your customers. You also provide an evaluation of the jewellery item with a fair retail replacement value and an accurate description. In the event of a loss, you provide the repair or replacement for your customer. Remember, because you are not a licensed insurance agent, you should direct all insurance questions to Jewelers Mutual.
