• Name changes
• Address changes
• New personal jewelry you want insured 
  (Please note: When adding personal jewelry to your jewelry insurance policy, you must also submit an electronic or scanned copy of an appraisal or insurance evaluation dated within the past 18 months.)

Also, please inform us about:

• Marriage or divorce
• Changes in ownership
  (Did you give a piece of personal jewelry to your daughter?)
• Changes in the jewelry
  (Did you upgrade your diamond?)
