Through this program, you’ll be able to strengthen your relationships with your clients and reconfirm their commitment to making you their jeweler of choice. Paying for your customers’ first year of jewelry insurance is simple! If your customer chooses to apply, he/she must fill out the application completely, including any co-applicant information (on the person who will wear the item).
Fax the application and appraisal directly to our Personal Lines Department at
920-969-1294, or mail in the postage-paid envelope provided.

Jewelers Mutual will review the application and contact your customer directly with any questions.
(REMINDER: Because you are not an insurance agent, you cannot guarantee coverage.)
A policy will be issued to your customer for the item(s) insured through the Customer Advantage Program. Upon approval, coverage on your customer’s item(s) will begin immediately, based on the postmark or fax date.
You will receive a monthly detailed statement listing the policies you have paid for. You pay only once a month by credit card.
We encourage you to keep a record of all participants you provide insurance for, but because you are not an insurance agent, do not keep a copy of the application.
