How do I report a claim?

If your insured jewelry is damaged, lost, or stolen, please complete the claim report form below. If you'd prefer, you can all Jewelers Mutual at 888-884-2424 and ask to speak with a Personal Lines Insurance claim representative.

Was your jewelry stolen?

If your jewelry was stolen, or you suspect it was stolen, you also should report it to the police.

Next steps in the claim process

In most instances, we will direct you to the jeweler who appraised your jewelry and/or performs your periodic inspections to have the jewelry repaired or replaced.

Our claim representative will make every effort to contact you within the next business day following receipt of your claim report. If you are not contacted within that time, please call us to assure that we received your report.
