As a result, we can work with our USPS contact to obtain a more thorough, detailed search for a missing or delayed package. Upon receipt of the search status from the USPS, we will contact you with the results. 

We regret that we are unable to assist with the search of shipments made through any private or contract carrier, such as UPS or Fed Ex.
