Ask your preferred jeweler about JM Care Plan when you make a purchase. If you’ve already made your purchase, return to your jeweler for more detail.

Coverage options*: lifetime and 3-year
- Broken, bent, or worn prongs
- Ring re-sizing
- Rhodium plating
- Refinishing and polishing
- Loss of stones due to a defective setting
- Cracked or thinning band or shank
- Broken clasps, bracelets, or chains
- Replacing cracked or chipped stones

Watches
Coverage options*: 3-year
- Mechanism failure
- Crystal scratches or breaks
- Case or bezel damage
- Broken stem, crown, or clasp
- Water damage to water-resistant watches
- Refurbishment of metal bracelet

- Battery replacement

Purchase Coverage
Purchase your JM Care Plan at the same time you purchase your watch or jewelry. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase. You'll need it to file a claim.

Contact your jeweler to begin the process. If you cannot return to your jeweler, you can file a claim by contacting us at 800.582.4916.
Are routine inspections required to maintain coverage?
All required care, maintenance, and inspection services specified in your item’s original manufacturer’s warranty must occur to maintain coverage.
What if I can't find my receipt?
Contact your jeweler to obtain a copy of the original receipt.
What if I'm purchasing a JM Care Plan to protect a gift?
3-year plans are transferrable throughout the life of the plan. Lifetime plans must be transferred to the gift recipient within the first 180 days. Contact your jeweler to update the care plan record.
Can I renew my coverage?

How do I cancel my coverage?
Contact the jeweler you purchased the plan from. If the jeweler is unavailable, please contact JM Care Plan directly for assistance. You may receive a full or partial refund according to your Terms and Conditions.
