Jewelers Mutual third party resources
Onboarding process
Jewelers Mutual Group has established processes and requirements as part of our commitment to both current and future third parties that they will be treated fairly and equitably. As such, all third parties are subject to the policies found on this page.
Third parties will need to complete an onboarding process that may require completion of a questionnaire though our third party management platform, LogicManager. The questionnaire provides background context and pertinent information about the third party to Jewelers Mutual Group. After a third party completes the questionnaire, it will be routed to the appropriate individuals within their respective business areas at Jewelers Mutual for review.
