How does the JM Care Plan Claims Process work?

Submit Claim Request 

Click on “Start a Claim Request”. We’ll ask for your contact information, what you need our help with, and where you want the item shipped after the work has been completed. 

It may be helpful to have your purchase receipt on-hand to help you submit the necessary information.

We Will Contact You

Once you've submitted your request, you'll receive an email. One of our trusted claim advisors will contact you to finalize your request and talk you through the next steps.

Ship Your Item

After you ship your item to our repair center, we will service it as quickly as possible and return it to you in like-new condition. If the item is beyond repair, we will reach out to you to discuss the next steps to get a replacement piece.
