This is a 3-page how-to guide for Jewelers Mutual's PureSafety OnDemand training system, walking a business admin through setup and use of a business account (jewelersmutual.puresafety.com). It covers:
- Individual vs. Business account types, and how to create a Business Account
Navigating the Home tab, where employees launch and resume assigned training - Creating employee (trainee) accounts individually, or in bulk via a CSV-style import (for 15+ users), including the import status legend (Complete, Processing, Pending Approval, Cancelled, Failed)
- Purchasing training in the Store tab (searching, adding seats to cart, checkout)
- Assigning purchased training to specific trainees, setting start/end dates, and confirming the assignment (irreversible once created)
