Jewelers Mutual Group recently hosted its third annual Conversations leadership retreat at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, bringing together leaders from across the jewelry industry to explore emerging trends and shared challenges.

This year’s event focused on “The Transformative Impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the Jewelry Industry,” with discussions centered on how evolving technologies are influencing business operations and customer engagement. Attendees, including jewelry trade executives, retailers, marketers, and media professionals, examined how AI can support efficiencies across areas such as marketing, design, and operations while maintaining the importance of authenticity and human connection.

The retreat featured a range of speakers, including keynote speaker Mike Cessario, founder and CEO of Liquid Death, who shared perspectives on brand building, creativity, and growth in a competitive market. Additional speakers provided practical insights into how organizations are integrating AI into their strategies and adapting to a rapidly evolving landscape.
