Giving back brilliantly
since 1913.

Jewelers Mutual Impact Fund

$4,000,000 in sponsorships, donations, and industry support with a 1,000+ employee volunteer time graphic

Jewelers Mutual has a rich legacy of giving back. For over a century, we've supported the jewelry industry we proudly serve, as well as the communities we call home.

Our philanthropic arm supported by the Jewelers Mutual Impact Fund focuses on three core giving pillars: empowering youth, embracing technology and fostering community progression to create a lasting impact.

Strengthening the Jewelry Industry

Each year, we contribute millions of dollars to associations and organizations that promote the prosperity of the jewelry industry and invest in services, tools and resources that help support, strengthen and protect jewelry businesses.

Our jewelry business customers enjoy free membership to the Jewelers’ Security Alliance or Jewellers Vigilance Canada – both loss prevention organizations, granting them access to online training that encourages their continued safety and security education.

Community Progression

Centered on supporting the arts to drive positive, sustained development – socially, economically and culturally – in the communities our employees live and work.

Community Impact

With our corporate headquarters in Neenah, WI, we have called the Fox Valley home for over a century and have been giving back to the community since our inception in 1913. As we continue to grow and expand, it is important for us to evolve our giving to positively impact the communities where our employees live. For more examples of community support click here.

Request Community Support

We support nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organizations that serve the communities where our employees live and work, specifically in Wisconsin’s Fox Valley, as well as Dallas, TX and Miami, FL metropolitan areas. We also consider nationwide giving opportunities.

Our community giving process and application are directed by the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region. All funding requests are submitted through their online application system no matter the location/area funding is being requested.

  • Application deadlines: March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 by 11:59 pm Central Time
  • Funding is deliberated and decisions are made quarterly
  • An organization may request funding once per calendar year

Questions? Please contact [email protected]. Any giving requests from a 501(c)(3) organization sent to this email address must be submitted through the Community Foundation grant portal.

Impact Investments

There are instances when an opportunity may not fit within the Industry Giving or Community Giving portions of the fund. In such cases, our Impact Fund Team may pursue as part of an Impact Investment. This is a new initiative that reflects our customer-first culture and our entrepreneurial mindset. We will seek opportunities that allow us to reimagine what's possible as we continue to grow and innovate to serve our customers.

These socially conscious investing focuses will be carefully selected based on their ability to create a positive, measurable impact, as well as their potential for strong investment returns. We believe this initiative will benefit not only Jewelers Mutual but also our customers, industry and the wider community.

Hosting Events

Our beautiful Neenah headquarters has become a local draw for the Fox Valley’s business and non-profit communities, and we welcome the opportunity to host events both indoors and on the campus grounds.

In 2020, we worked with the city of Neenah to construct a recreational trail through our 30-acre campus, connecting existing trails and transforming a portion of commercial land into a recreational space for the local community to enjoy.

With the R. Harder Gem Gallery onsite, we also invite the public, including school groups, clubs and gemstone enthusiasts to view the unique collection of gemstones and minerals.

Helping Our Employees Help Others

Together we shine and make our communities stronger. Encouraging and supporting employee involvement in our communities is core to our values.

Scholarships

We offer scholarships to help the children of our employees pursue their educational dreams.
