Giving back brilliantly
since 1913.
Jewelers Mutual Impact Fund

Founded by jewelers in 1913, our dedication and passion for jewelry and the arts are deeply rooted. We have a rich history of giving back to the jewelry industry we proudly serve and the communities we call home.
Our philanthropic arm – supported by the Jewelers Mutual Impact Fund – includes the following pillars of giving:
- Jewelry Industry
- Community
- Impact Investments

Youth
Empowerment
Focused on inspiring and cultivating the next generation of jewelers, designers, and artisans through support of arts education. Additionally, support organizations that provide youth an opportunity to enhance their skills, knowledge, confidence, and capacity to make positive changes in their lives and communities through art.

Technology Advancement
Dedicated to supporting the use of technological innovation and resources to advance the jewelry industry, as well as support organizations that recognize the transformative role technology plays in moving communities forward.

Community Progression
Centered on supporting the arts to drive positive, sustained development – socially, economically and culturally – in the communities our employees live and work.

Request Community Support
We support nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organizations that serve the communities where our employees live and work, specifically in Wisconsin’s Fox Valley, as well as Dallas, TX and Miami, FL metropolitan areas. We also consider nationwide giving opportunities.
Our community giving process and application are directed by the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region. All funding requests are submitted through their online application system no matter the location/area funding is being requested.
- Application deadlines: March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 by 11:59 pm Central Time
- Funding is deliberated and decisions are made quarterly
- An organization may request funding once per calendar year

Hosting Events
Our beautiful Neenah headquarters has become a local draw for the Fox Valley’s business and non-profit communities, and we welcome the opportunity to host events both indoors and on the campus grounds.
In 2020, we worked with the city of Neenah to construct a recreational trail through our 30-acre campus, connecting existing trails and transforming a portion of commercial land into a recreational space for the local community to enjoy.
With the R. Harder Gem Gallery onsite, we also invite the public, including school groups, clubs and gemstone enthusiasts to view the unique collection of gemstones and minerals.
Impact Investments
There are instances when an opportunity may not fit within the Industry Support or Community Giving portions of the fund, in which case, we may pursue as part of an Impact Investment. This is a new initiative that reflects our customer-first culture and our entrepreneurial mindset. We will seek opportunities that allow us to reimagine what's possible as we continue to grow and innovate to serve our customers.
These socially conscious investing focuses will be carefully selected based on their ability to create a positive, measurable impact. We believe this initiative will benefit not only Jewelers Mutual but also our customers, industry and the wider community.
