Strengthening the Jewelry Industry

Each year, we contribute millions of dollars to associations and organizations that promote the prosperity of the jewelry industry and invest in services, tools and resources that help support, strengthen and protect jewelry businesses.

Our jewelry business customers enjoy free membership to the Jewelers’ Security Alliance or Jewellers Vigilance Canada – both loss prevention organizations, granting them access to online training that encourages their continued safety and security education.

Additionally, we support organizations that promote ethical business practices, such as American Gem Society, Jewelers of America, MJSA (Manufacturing Jewelers & Suppliers of America), Women’s Jewelry Association, Canadian Jewellers Association and Canadian Jewellery Group to name a few.

Examples of our recent industry contributions include:

Request Support

We are currently accepting requests for funding or volunteering to organizations located in the communities our employees live and work – within the areas of Neenah, WI, Dallas, TX and Miami, FL. As a company founded by jewelers 110 years ago, we prioritize requests that support our core area of focus which is at the intersection of our beloved jewelry industry and arts and education.

Additional consideration will be given to organizations outside our focus areas as volunteer opportunities. We prefer to provide support to specific programs and/or projects. To qualify for consideration, your organization must be a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization.

Please email your request or inquiries to [email protected]

We are committed to reviewing all requests within 30 days of submission.
